The Suzuki starter (choke) is not a butterfly choke, but a fuel enrichment system. It is designed to only be needed below 40°F for starting. After starting gradually move it up as the engine warms. Shouldn't be needed after only a few minutes. The clutches are pretty much the same on both those machines, my guess is that there is really no adjustment procedure for them. Clutch adjusments usually pertain to manual clutches and sometimes belt drive systems.
